In the old days, Knights would hunt Dragons wearing metal suits, they would then attempt to slay the Dragon with a sword, however this more often than not resulted in the Knight getting cooked rather than the Dragon. These days we recommend fire-proof clothing - we have found that the suits worn by F1 drivers are the best protection for this task. Whilst being extremely expensive, they are worth it if you come across an unco-operative Dragon.
Next find a Dragon, this may take some time and is not easy. If you are hunting in Wales, it may take years as there are so few left.
Whilst there are a lot of Dragons in Chile, they are confined to caves and casms in the Andes. In the case of caves you should look for scorch marks round the entrance, and in casms in the glaciers, melted snow round the entrance.
For this you will need 100lbs Garlic, ten large sacks of onions, and 5 metres of wire rope at least 20mm thick. Dragons cannot resist onions and garlic, and they have the added effect of making them quite sleepy for a while, and also give a good flavour to the cooked meat. Place the onions and garlic outside the cave or casm and wait for the Dragon to take the bait. You must then act very quickly, while the Dragon is asleep, take the wire rope and tie it round the Dragon's tail. Tie the other end round horns, then wait.
When the Dragon awakes he will be in a terrible temper when he discovers his head tied to his tail. At this point you should position yourself within the Dragon's line of sight, and laugh hysterically whilst pointing at the dragon.
The Dragon will now be absolutely furious and will start running around in circles, bellowing and breathing fire. When the bellowing stops and the smoke clears the Dragon will be perfectly cooked and ready to put in your pie
